1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Denver Center for Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Training Registration and Payment

2.1 Registration

Training registration is complete upon receipt of payment. Space in workshops is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.2 Payment

Payment is due at time of registration unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and organizational purchase orders.

2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations 30+ days before workshop: Full refund
• Cancellations 14-29 days before workshop: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 14 days before workshop: No refund, but registration may be transferred to future workshop
• No-shows: No refund

3. Continuing Education Credits

CEU credits are provided for workshops as indicated. To receive CEU credits, participants must:

• Attend the full training session
• Complete required evaluations
• Provide accurate license information

We are approved to provide CEU credits for social work, professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, and psychology licenses. It is the responsibility of participants to verify that credits meet their specific licensing board requirements.

4. Certification Program

Certification in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is awarded upon successful completion of all program requirements. Certification does not constitute a professional license and does not replace any licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

5. Therapy Services

Therapy services are provided by licensed mental health professionals. Standard professional ethics and confidentiality practices apply. In case of emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, website content, and other intellectual property are owned by Denver Center for Solution-Focused Brief Therapy or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denver Center for Solution-Focused Brief Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Workshop Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify workshops due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to another workshop date.

9. Professional Conduct

Participants in our training programs are expected to maintain professional conduct. We reserve the right to dismiss participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
